IEEE EMBS Asian-Pacific Conference on Biomedical Engineering 2003 was held at Keihanna, October 20-22, 2003.

The purposes of this combined conference are to provide a regional forum for exchanging ideas and recent research results in the relevant areas and to explore new trends of biomedical engineering in the 21st century.

Dear colleagues

IEEE EMBS Asian Pacific Conference successfully closed.
We had 205 attendants from 22 countries, and 67 attendants were from the countries other than Japan.
Our success is due entirely to your support. Thank you for your support and I am looking forwards to seeing you soon.
