General Information

There will be free bus service between the Mitsui Garden Hotel and the Conference venue - Keihanna Plaza Hotel in the mornings and evenings during the Conference period. In addition, free bus service will also be available after the welcome party (Oct. 20th) and the banquet (Oct. 21st).

The routes and departure time of the shuttle bus are shown below and also available at the conference registration desk. and the front desk of APBME official hotels*.

Please note that, due to problems with parking space, the bus will leave from the Mitsui Garden Hotel, NOT from the Hotel Fujita Nara and Nara Washington Hotel Plaza.

Please show your name badge to APBME staff when you ride the bus.
